The Radish Half Long Red - White Tip: Early variety to be collected quickly, half long root of 5cm red and the tip is white, firm and crunchy flesh. Consume uncoocked, with "crunch-with-salt" or with bread and butter. The fans allow to carry out a very tasty soup. Radishes are rich in vitamins B, C and fibers.
