Winterradish Gros Noir d'Hiver: Common garden winter variety of rough black skin, and firm, hot flavored white flesh, round root irregulary pear shaped. Excellent for that particular and prickly flavor also used to stimulate digestive functions. Very good conservation. The radishes are rich in vitamins B, C and fibers.

Sowing instructions: Seed sowing as of June until the end of August in open ground, the round radishes are to be sown on the surface and the long radishes at 2 cm of depth, damp sowing slightly, water the ground even in the event of rain.
