Winterradish Gros Noir d'Hiver: Common garden winter variety of rough black skin, and firm, hot flavored white flesh, round root irregulary pear shaped. Excellent for that particular and prickly flavor also used to stimulate digestive functions. Very good conservation. The radishes are rich in vitamins B, C and fibers.
