The pumpkin Quintal with Yellow Seed : Perfect variety for soups, gnocchi, and to roast. This pimpkin reaches on average 25 kg and is one of the preferred pumpkins of our Italian neighbors. The whole pumpkin can be preserved 3 months in a fresh and dry place.
