The Tomato Principe Borghese is a grape variety giving fruits of the size of a plum and slightly lengthened with a pointed prominence to its base. The tomato Principe Borghese is used to make preserves as well as sun dried tomatos, cut them in half and leave them drying simply in the sun, this method is well practised in Italy and California, this tomato variety contains few seeds.
