Cherry Pepper Calabrese : This variety is mainly used fresh, dried and ground for cooking spicy hot dishes. Fruits are round , wrinkled and of bright red color, got a hot spicy flavor, and it's an excellent source of vitamin A. Red Cherry Small Pepper is long with pepperoncini a very good variety for pickling or stuffed with cheese for appetizers. Pepper is a warm season vegetable.

Sowing instructions : Peppers are best started under chassis or in greenhouse in February to April, in a depht of 1 cm.
