The Red Onion of Winter: Early variety, very vigorous with large dark red ognons, white flesh with soft flavor. Used as vegetable or condiment in our kitchens. Rich in vitamins A, B, C, also iron, potassium and sodium. Variety of onion being preserved perfectly during all winter long.

Sowing instructions: In the areas with a rigorous winter: Seed sowing in place with 1cm of depth and 30 cm on line of at the end of February and April. Then cut the leave and the roots. The onion preserve itself very well in a place safe from moisture in small cages or suspended.
