Marjoram: Hardy perennial plant cultivated like an annual with its pink flower bouquets and sweet pine and citrus flavors. It's similar to the origan, the leaves are oval formed of light grayish green color, used like culinary spice fresh or dried in our dishes. Harvest progressively of your needs preferably in the morning to keep the maximum of flavor, more delicate in flavor than origan and approaching the thyme.

Sowing instructions: Sowing from Mars to April in open ground in 2 mm depth, pack slightly, when seedlings are strong enough to handle thin them out and leave 15 cm between plants. You can harvest the leaves from May until December. Growing them in pots works well, when given plenty of light.
