The Lettuce Iceberg: Early variety with clear green very crisp leaves, very round and well formed head, excellent resistance to seedling. Used mainly for salad in our countries, but you will find many ways to use it : in tacos, in chinese food or also it will decorate your plates during summer. Keeps well in the refrigerator, and doesn't loose his excellent flavor.

Sowing instructions: Sowing in seedbed beginning of March and transplant seedlings 30 to 45 days later. Seed sowing in place after any danger of frosts has passed at a depht of 1 cm. thin out or transplant plantlets at a distance of 20 to 30 cm. If transplant was done in hot weather place plants under a bell, too retain moisture you can also use salad glass cloches and it will also protect them from birds and slugs.
