The Malabare Leek: Early variety very productive of a rapid growth for harvest at the end of August, with bulky barrel and average length. The leek is one of the vegetables which grows all year in your garden, it is enough to have a late variety as well as a semi late variety to benefit this vegetable all year long. Used in our kitchens cooked, over backed, in tarts, soups and vinaigrettes.

Sowing instructions: Sow seeds in seedbeds from January to March or directly in place from March to May approximately 1 cm from depth, tamp slightly.
