The Horseradish of Ardeche: Variety mainly cultivated for it's large white, tapered roots. The root when grated or cut develops an stinging and irritating perfum and a pungent taste, mix right away with vinegar or use immediatly, because root darkens and becomes bitter. It's often used to accompanies roast beef, or many other dishes. Horseradish is the main ingredient of Wasabi.

Sowing instructions: Seed sowing from June until the end of August direct in open ground, 1 cm of depth, damp sowing slightly, water the ground even in the event of rain. Take care to sow at equal depth if you wish a regular harvest. After the lifting, thin out by leaving one plant every 30 centimeters. Water your Horseradishplants regularly, and harvest them for your needs.
