The Greek Oregano: Hardy perennial plant don't confuse this variety with the wild oregano. Greek oregano got the a very strong flavor, you recognize quickly the difference in his taste and his white flowers while wild origan has pink flowers. The origan belongs to one of the prefered dried spices in our kitchens, drying removes its bitterness while keeping a good quality taste. Oregano flavors pizzas, fish, vegetables and grills, also splendid for ground covers in your garden.

Sowing instructions: Seed sowing in spring in open ground in a light and well ventilated soil in a sunny place, cover with a fine layer of potting soil, transplant as soon as the plants are sufficiently developed. For a better harvest you can sow seeds in a tray, keep a temperature of 15 to 20 °C, and maintain the compost humid.
