Fennel Big Napoli: Early variety. Large bulb shaped, compact, fleshy and white hearts. They are crunching, tender, of soft and aromatized savors. The leaves are finely cut out and green, when you wrinkle them between your fingers they release an anise odor. Fennel is rich in vitamins and fibers, used raw or cooked.
