Fennel Wandenromen: Early variety, ideal for culture in northern countrys. Large rond bulb, compact, fleshy and white hearts. Fennels are crunchy, tender, and of soft aromatic flavors. The leaves are finely cut out and green, when you wrinkle them between your fingers they release an anise odor. Fennel is rich in vitamins and fibers, fennel is used raw or cooked.
