Eggplant Early Long Purple 3: Early variety very productive, with long fruits, very thick smoothes skin of dark purple color, which recovers a firm and tasty flesh. A robust fruit which resists handling and is easy to peel, harvest before too ripe. It's used cooked: in ratatouille, stuffed, backed, gratiné, on pizza pies or in tarts etc .....

Sowing instructions: Sowing 1cm in depth under greenhouse from January to March or in open ground from March to April, germination can be capricious so sow 2 times more seeds than wanted plants, transplant in pots as soon as the plants have 2 true leave and preserve safely under shelter, airing regularly to acclimatize the plants, transplant as from mid-May. Avoid harvesting too large they will not taste better.
