Echinacea Purpurea: Medicinal and decorative hardy perennial plant. Its ray flowers are pink to light purple in color and the ligules are spreading or drooping. They got an orange red center very contrasted with yellow pollen. Excellent in vases, the bouquets can hold several weeks and sometimes more than one month, also used for the most beautiful solid masses. Echinacea Purpurea in general are very recommended for their nectar which attracts the butterflies. Appreciated for its medicinal virtues.

Sowing instructions: Seed sowing in April to May in open ground cover slightly with soil. Germination should start after 8 to 10 days.
