The Dandelion: Perennial plant with green leaves deeply cut which form a rosette above the central taproot. Used in salads are only young leaves they got a slightly bitter taste, dandelion is also an appreciated food for rabbits. The yellow flower rays bloom for several month. The dandelion also got medicinal properties it purifies the blood and stimulates digestive functions. Harvest before appearance of flowers.
