The Dandelion: Perennial plant with green leaves deeply cut which form a rosette above the central taproot. Used in salads are only young leaves they got a slightly bitter taste, dandelion is also an appreciated food for rabbits. The yellow flower rays bloom for several month. The dandelion also got medicinal properties it purifies the blood and stimulates digestive functions. Harvest before appearance of flowers.

Sowing instructions: Sow clearly directly in a dry and sandy soil, and clear out seedlings after lifting by leaving approximately 10 cm between plants, you also can sow seeds very dense in a large pot filled with light potting soil and water regularly. Harvest before flowering.
