The Garden Cress: Rustic annual variety easy to cultivate, the leave are cut and of an oval almost round form. Its taste is marked and very pleasant peppery, tangy flavor and aroma. Excellent to raise salads, in soups or like condiment, cooked braised to accompany fish. Cress is very rich in vitamins C and E and contains iron, iodine, and calcium.

Sowing instructions: 1.) Sow cress seeds directly in place as soon as any danger of frost are isolated, sowing possible from October if it's carried out under greenhouse. 2.) Sow in trays in a well worked and humid soil in rows and space them 15 cm to 20 cm. The first possible harvest 1 to 2 months later.
