The Head Cabbage Quintal of Alsace: Late Variety, rustic, very productive, with leaves of clear green color. It is a vegetable of short stems having a large round and flattened head, of a large size. In cabbage all is eaten, this variety is excellent for sauerkraut. The content of vitamins in cabbage is very high.

Sowing instructions: Seed sowing directly in place at 1 cm depth in a rich composted soil. Once the young seedlings are strong enough, transplant them in place, plant them deeply as this help for a better rooting, finish by a good watering. Progressively eliminate the yellow, dry and damaged leaves.
