Chervil: Annual aromatic plant, adapts in many dishes, roast, salad, sauces, soups and is also useful in decoration of the dishes. Leaves are very rich in vitamins, finely chopped it's used like a condiment in many cooked dishes. Harvest the leave progressively for your needs, in order to obtain the best of its flavor think of harvesting it early the morning.

Sowing instructions: Sowing in Mars to September in open ground as soon as any danger of frost is drawn aside, cover the seeds 5 mm soil, tamp slightly, when the plants have four to five leaves clear out seedlings every 10cm in distance.
