Celery : Variety with giant turnip, firm flesh, crunching and very aromatic, white color. Cultivates in a fresh aired ground and well worked, celery is appropriate for all type of grounds. Celery turnip is very rich in fiber and vitamin. Use: uncoocked like salad, or cooked in various ways, jumped, in gratin, ragout etc....
