The Celery Elne: Very aromatic crisp round, fleshy, long stems perfectly smooth of a light green color. Vigorous foliage very well divided. Celery demands a lot of care, it prefers a soft and wet climate. Used in our kitchens as spice and vegetable.

Sowing instructions: The ground must be well prepared with lots of compost and mulch to retain the soil moisture. Start celery seeds if possible indoors in a temerature of 22 to 25°C, they will have a better germination, when seedlings are large enough to thin, remove all but tow or three, as they continue to grow thin them out to one per pot. Transplant outdoors after the last date of frost. If celery does not get enough water, stalks will be dry, and small. Harvest of celery according to your needs.
