The Head cabbage De Jesi: Early and vigorous variety for a harvest in autumn. Short stem, slightly conical head, head is cream white coloured. The foliage offers an excellent protection against the climatic conditions. this variety of cabbage has a good tolerance to heat. The Head cabbage are consumed generaly cooked in various way but also uncoocked for salad, also very rich in vitamin B, potassium and copper.

Sowing instructions: Seed sowing at 1cm deep. The head cabbage requires a very fertile soil and a regular watering. Once the young plants are strong enough, tranplant in place deeply to help rooting. Finish by a good watering. Progressively eliminate the yellow, dry and damaged leave.
