The Head cabbage De Jesi: Early and vigorous variety for a harvest in autumn. Short stem, slightly conical head, head is cream white coloured. The foliage offers an excellent protection against the climatic conditions. this variety of cabbage has a good tolerance to heat. The Head cabbage are consumed generaly cooked in various way but also uncoocked for salad, also very rich in vitamin B, potassium and copper.
