There is a difference between catmint and the gramineous cat grass : Catmint (what we sell to you here), also called nepeta cataria is a hardy perennial which you find in a wild state in the rocky zones. Plant has gray green leaves with small white flowers releasing a mint odor. These catmint seeds are the true plant which you will sow in your garden and your cat will come to eat the leaves and rubbing on it. Do not confuse with cat grass which in general is graminaceous kind, corn or barley that you sow in a pot in the house for your cat.
