Romanesco Artichoke: The artichoke comes us from Italy. The Romanesco variety is presented of medium sized grayish-green foliage and soft, fleshy scale leaves, the globe shapes artichokes are greenish purple in color. The plant of artichoke got an average lifespan from 4 to 5 years.
